No more `Add Candidates` logic

We have completely removed the Add Candidates
 logic from the sourcing functionality.
Now, whenever you're ready with your filters, hit Search and our algorithm will search for the best profiles until it stops finding good ones

This opens door to better ways of searching, stay tuned!
