FidForward has now UNLIMITED sourcing credits for any paid plan.
This means you can now get rid of your LinkedIn Recruiter accounts and switch over to something better.
Why did it take us a whole month?
We had to completely redo our infrastructure to support unlimited profiles being sourced.How does it work now?
Every paid subscription will have access to unlimited sourcing credits, but limited outreach credits (depending on the plan). To the current paid subscribers, we have migrated your credits to the new plans.
We have implemented a serious of contact providers to ensure you get the most contact details as possible.

From our tests, ~70% of contacts are retrieved - which means you will almost always have a way to contact the candidate.
Maybe you did a previous search and want to import it, maybe you know a great candidate and want it to be included.
In any case, you can now add a list of LinkedIn profiles in text to your search:

You can now outreach to your candidates via email:

You can write in plain-text (to maximize deliverability) with templates for first and last names.
You can also configure which email you want to prioritize, whether work or personal emails. We use a cascade of providers to source these email addresses.
We have released the Sequences & Campaigns features.
You start by setting up an Integration for Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook or LinkedIn (
only available for paying users
).You can then set up a sequence of interactions with a candidate, utilizing a combination of email and LinkedIn interactions:

You can then send your Searched Candidates to a Campaign. That campaign will triggered your configured sequence to contact the candidates:

Improved Candidate scoring
We did a lot of under-the-hood improvements to the candidate scoring, it is now more robust.

We have created a specific field for searches that don't fit well anywhere else, called

We use several providers to retrieve contact information, so that you can have the most up-to-date information possible.
Additionally to URL & manual inputs, you can now upload a PDF to be translated into a candidate search.
