We have released the Sequences & Campaigns features.
You start by setting up an Integration for Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook or LinkedIn (
only available for paying users
).You can then set up a sequence of interactions with a candidate, utilizing a combination of email and LinkedIn interactions:

You can then send your Searched Candidates to a Campaign. That campaign will triggered your configured sequence to contact the candidates:

Improved Candidate scoring
We did a lot of under-the-hood improvements to the candidate scoring, it is now more robust.

We have created a specific field for searches that don't fit well anywhere else, called

: this field will be only used for the scoring system, not for searching candidates.We have now integrated contact providers for every profile, namely work email, personal email and phone number:

We use several providers to retrieve contact information, so that you can have the most up-to-date information possible.
Additionally to URL & manual inputs, you can now upload a PDF to be translated into a candidate search.

We heard, we drew, we coded, we launched! 💥
We learnt a bunch from 30+ people that reached out:
1️⃣ Recruiters spend 10h+ sourcing per role
2️⃣ Outreach results in <10% reply rate
3️⃣ Calibration between hiring manager and recruiter takes on average 2-3 weeks
4️⃣ The biggest pain is for startups (low brand recognition), agencies (higher % of P&L spent on talent sourcing) and entreprise (low attractiveness)
5️⃣ Even if no outbound sourcing is done, high-application-volume companies (higher brand recognition) still have no way to prioritize their inbound flow
We set to solve this: multiple-source talent detection + personalized ranking + automated outreach
Why is this better?
🔴 You avoid having to spend hours on LinkedIn Recruiter going through profiles, we get those profiles enriched with multiple sources AUTOMATICALLY with a single job description
🔴 You don't have to use bad LinkedIn templates for outreach, we create sequences of emails and LinkedIn messages (increase reply rate by 3x)
Today we launch v0 of our product FidForward Talent.
We have a very good job-to-candidate matcher, and now we're heads down on the message sequencing part.
