Configure LinkedIn limits
You can now configure the LinkedIn message and connection request limits, under
Settings
> Social Integration
> Change Limits
:- Connection Message Length: paid LinkedIn users get 300 characters, regular users 200
- Connection Request: paid LinkedIn users get higher limits (recommended: 30)
- Messages: paid LinkedIn users get higher limits (recommended: 30)

If you use Mass Sending (Growth plan and above), you can now spintax the email body.
Spintax creates
multiple variations of your email content
. This helps avoid spam filters
by randomly selecting different phrases each time.
You can revert to the original content by clicking the button again.
For high-volume recruiting, we have made available a
dedicated email infrastructure
to allow for hundreds to thousands of emails per day.For Growth and above plans, our users will be able to
configure multiple email inboxes to massively contacts candidates
. 
Our email infrastructure:
- warms the email up (recommended 14 days),
- measures the deliverability (recommended above 95%)
- schedules the emails during working hours to ensure they land in the candidate's inbox (you can set your timezone in Settings)

Improved Candidate scores
Through the integration of more sources, we are now pulling significantly better candidates for a given search.
You can see below the red bars showing candidates with higher score, which will result in better matches for your searches.

As asked by some of you,
a view on all the organization's Candidates
is now available.It is possible to
filter by search, campaign, owner and name
. This allows a helicopter view on the full list, avoiding overlap in candidates across searches/campaigns.
Additionally, you can
define a status of each candidate
, in case he/she progresses in the hiring phase. This function is particularly useful for customers that don't have their own application tracking system.Load More
